Registration

Due to venue capacity limitations, in-person attendance will be limited to CDC employees and state and local health department supervisors approved to recruit for hosting an EIS officer. 

All conference registrants will have access to sessions streamed online.  Information will be sent via email closer to the start of the conference on how to access the online platform and streaming agenda.

At the start of the registration form, you will be asked to select your EIS or LLS Officer Class year. This information will be displayed in the online platform search for networking purposes. If you did not participate in the officer program, select "No Class Year" from the drop-down menu.

Virtual attendance will qualify for Continuing Education (CE) credits.  Additional information on how to obtain CE credits will be made available closer to the conference start.
